Christmas!

Let's talk about Christmas!!!! Christmas Eve we spent with my family. We went to my aunt's house for a yummy dinner then back to my mom's house to open some gifts.

Jake got some pretty awesome things! We all did really. He got a Woody and Bullseye set. He's OBSESSED with Toy Story so he was pretty stoked to get this. I think with all the gifts he got from everyone, he ended up with 3 woody dolls and 4 buzz dolls. He loves all of them and will sleep with one nightly.

This is him opening Toy Story 3 from Aunt Mannie. He was so happy.

I got to open all of the baby's gifts. A beautiful pink blanket!

Maddie opening her gift from Jake.

Jake got a tent and sleeping bag also from Granny and Gramps. He was pretty exhausted when we were opening gifts so he needed to lay down.
Here's Granny opening her gift.
Then it was Christmas morning!
Jake must have been a REALLY good boy because Santa sure did spoil him.

Of all the things Santa left, Jake liked the candy in the stocking the best I think. HAHA Just like his momma.

He got a bike and was a little hesitant at first to try it out.
And after some of the overwhelming feeling wore off, he started to open his gifts. Going to town!
Here's my handsome hubby with the blanket I made him. Angels are coming back this year! :)
Jake didn't want to smile for pictures at all so he started doing this "fake camera" smile. Hilarious!

After all the presents were open, he decided to try the bike again.

We then went outside after breakfast and he really started to love it. He rides all the time now.

The rest of the day we spent at home. This was the first Christmas in I don't know how long that I've been at home ALL day! And since being married, Jimmy too. We lounged around in our pjs for most of the day, watched the movies Jake got and I even got a bath in! We had a nice little turkey dinner and then played with toys. It was so nice and relaxing!
A couple weeks later we were able to visit my dad and step mom and celebrate Christmas with them then. My camera wasn't charged so I didn't get any pictures but it was super fun. My dad made Jake this awesome toy chest and he some other little fun toys and books. The baby got some goodies too; a diaper bag, towels and some outfits.
Then we headed to Jimmy's parent's house in Vegas. We celebrated with his family one weekend, exchanging gifts and having a nice dinner. We also got to see our friends to exchange gifts with them. Christmas did seem like it went on forever for us and we all got pretty spoiled. It was such a nice time with all our family and we are so appreciative of all our great gifts. :)
